You receive medals after playing multiplayer games. The better you play the more medals you will be awarded. Your ranking goes up with the more medals you attain and by your overall performance like kills, distance, and damage.
Accuracy: Awarded to the most accurate player.
Head Shot: Awarded to the player with the most head shots.
Killmaster: Awarded to the player with the most kills.
Survivor: Awarded to the player who lived the longest with one life.
